Dimension Lab Original 02

Cable-Free Command Center
A minimalist, Japanese-inspired digital transformation of a creative workspace.
Project Overview
“Aesthetic workspaces don’t require expensive gear — they need thoughtful design.”
This digital concept was created for Malik, a graphic designer from England. The goal: transform his cluttered bedroom into a focused, calming workspace designed around functionality and intentional design choices.
Rather than adding more, we focused on doing less — better.
Planning & Previsualization
Tools Used: Autodesk Maya, Keyshot, Photoshop
We began by analyzing the room’s layout, measurements, and lighting conditions. The original bed was a natural wood tone, which dominated the room visually. As part of the redesign, we made the conscious decision to refinish it in matte white — aligning it with the clean, bright visual language of the rest of the space.
Moodboard & Style Direction
Influences: Scandinavian × Japandi
Base: Clean white (walls, bedding, bedframe)
Accents: Deep red, warm wood textures
Elements: Japanese characters, subtle cultural motifs
